Allison Daley is the associate head coach for the University of Louisville women's lacrosse program in Louisville, Kentucky, a position she has held since joining the Cardinals on June 28, 2021. She works primarily with Louisville's defense and goalkeepers and has been part of a stretch in which the program has posted several notable results in ACC play and produced nationally recognized defensive performers.
At Louisville, Daley has coached players who have reached the All-ACC and All-America conversation while moving up the school record lists. In 2026, sophomore goalkeeper Haley Richards earned All-ACC Third Team honors and an IWLCA midseason All-America honorable mention. Richards led the nation in saves per game, topped the ACC in total saves, ranked among the national leaders in save percentage, and set a school single-game record with 19 saves against Florida State. The 2026 team finished 6-9 overall and 2-8 in the ACC, with conference wins over Florida State and California while facing a schedule that included seven IWLCA top-25 opponents.
