Alex Wolbert serves as an assistant coach for the Bellevue College men’s soccer program, entering his second year on staff under head coach John Buttle. A former Bulldog player, Wolbert brings a strong connection to the program and firsthand experience of its competitive environment. Wolbert’s soccer journey began in the youth ranks with Cascade Premier SC before continuing with Pacific Northwest SC, where he won a state championship and advanced to the regional quarterfinals. He later played three years of varsity soccer at Liberty High School. After college, he gained additional experience competing at the semiprofessional level in the UPSL and CPL. Transitioning into coaching, Wolbert returned to Cascade Premier SC, where he has spent over four years developing young players and fostering a positive training environment. His combined playing and coaching experience allows him to effectively mentor student-athletes and contribute to the continued growth of the Bellevue College soccer program.
