Alec Scott has served as Stanford men's swimming and diving's volunteer assistant coach since the 2019-20 season. He helped the Cardinal to an undefeated regular season, a runner-up Pac-12 finish, and seventh place at the NCAA Championships in his third season with the team.
Scott previously coached at Northern Colorado and Alabama. At Northern Colorado, he contributed to three WAC championships, school-record performances, NCAA qualifying standards, and conference podium finishes; at Alabama, he helped the Crimson Tide earn All-America honors and set school records.
