Adrian Molina-Diaz is an assistant coach for the Oregon State men’s soccer program, having transitioned into the role after serving as a graduate assistant during the 2023 season. In his initial coaching role, he helped guide the Beavers to the most successful season in program history, highlighted by a run to the College Cup and a No. 4 national ranking. Oregon State posted an 11-6-5 record that season and secured multiple marquee victories, including wins over top-ranked opponents and a dominant NCAA Tournament performance. Molina-Diaz contributed to player development and match preparation, helping the program produce All-Americans, conference award winners, and MLS SuperDraft selections.
Before entering coaching, Molina-Diaz was a standout player for Oregon State. A native of Alicante, Spain, he earned All-Pac-12 Second Team honors in 2021 after scoring six goals in a shortened season, ranking among the conference leaders despite injury. He continued to contribute as a player in 2022, demonstrating resilience and leadership while returning to competition. His experience as a high-level collegiate athlete, combined with his familiarity with the program, provides valuable insight in his coaching role. Molina-Diaz brings a player-centered perspective and international background that supports Oregon State’s continued success on the national stage.
