MBB | Get to Know Assistant Coach Adrian Davila
Adrian Davila, who spent the last three seasons at Daytona State on his staff, was named an assistant coach on Joey Cantens' inaugural FIU staff ahead of the 2026-27 season. During the 2025-26 season, Davila guided the Falcons to a 27-8 record, 13-3 in conference, and a first-round win in the NJCAA Tournament. In his first two seasons in Daytona Beach, Davila helped the Falcons to back-to-back school record 28 win seasons consecutively, qualifying for the NJCAA National Tournament for the first time in 25 years and culminating in an Elite 8 run in 2024-25.
