Ade Taiwo is an assistant coach for the Wake Forest men's soccer program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He joined the Wake Forest staff in 2022 as a volunteer coach and was elevated to assistant coach in 2023.
Since arriving at Wake Forest, Taiwo has been part of a run of consistent success. In 2024, the Demon Deacons won the ACC Championship, the program's fourth conference title and its first since 2017, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight with wins over Maryland and Clemson. In 2023, Wake Forest captured the ACC Atlantic Division title and earned its 13th straight NCAA Tournament berth, finishing 11-3-5 and closing the regular season on a 12-match unbeaten streak. In 2022, the team went 14-6-0, opened the year 9-0-0, reached the NCAA Tournament for a 12th consecutive season, and set a program record with 13 straight home victories.
