Adam Ward is the head coach of the University of Maine's men's and women's cross country and track and field programs in Orono, Maine, a position he assumed on August 9, 2022.
Ward arrived at Maine after a long tenure at Augusta University, where he served as head coach of the cross country program and later took on leadership of the men's and women's outdoor track and field teams when those programs were launched in 2013. His work at Augusta produced sustained success across cross country and track, including conference titles, regional recognition, national qualifiers, and school records.
