Adam Richardson is an assistant coach and director of program operations for the University of Delaware women's soccer program in Newark, Delaware, joining the staff on February 13, 2026.
Richardson arrived at Delaware after serving as an assistant coach at John Carroll School in Bel Air, Maryland, where he worked in the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association's A Conference. He also coached boys' players with Pipeline Soccer Club. His credentials include a USSF C License and CPR certification.
