Adam Neugebauer is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Towson University football in Towson, Maryland, a position he began in the 2025 season. In his first year at Towson, he coached true freshman quarterback Andrew Indorf, who started all 12 games and became the program's first CAA Offensive Rookie of the Year since 2016 while also earning recognition as a Jerry Rice Award finalist. Towson also tied for first in the conference in fewest interceptions and ranked among the league leaders in passing offense.
Neugebauer arrived at Towson after two seasons as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at McNeese State. There, he helped oversee a five-win improvement from 2023 to 2024. McNeese led the Southland Conference in rushing in 2024 and produced more than 2,300 yards both on the ground and through the air. While at McNeese, he also organized the program's alumni golf outing for two years, raising more than $100,000.
