Adam Godwin serves as Assistant Coach / Outfield & Base Running Coordinator for Troy University's Baseball program in Troy, Alabama. Adam Godwin was promoted to assistant coach/outfield & base running coordinator ahead of the 2025 season. In his first season as Troy's outfield & base running coordinator, the 2025 Trojans finished with a 39-21 record and reached a No. 14 national ranking, the highest in program history.
With Godwin coaching first base, Steven Meier finished third in the Sun Belt with 24 stolen bases while the Troy offense ranked second in the Sun Belt in on-base percentage (.403) and walks (323) and fourth in runs per game (7.0) and OPS (.837).
