Adam Godwin
Assistant Coach
Adam Godwin is entering his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Florida Gators women’s soccer program in fall 2025. He brings over a decade of collegiate coaching experience, having held assistant and head coaching positions at several institutions including Liberty, Lynchburg, and Randolph College. At Randolph, he led the men’s soccer program to one of its best seasons in history (14-3-2 in 2021), including an upset over the then-No. 1 Washington & Lee.
Godwin also runs his own youth coaching business, the Adam Godwin Soccer Academy, which serves hundreds of players and has helped many move on to collegiate soccer. His playing background includes time at Liberty University, along with trials for Great Britain’s U23 team and clubs in England, combining player, coaching, recruiting, and administrative experience.
