Abby Carchio is an assistant coach for Northeastern women's soccer in Boston, Massachusetts, and is in her second season with the program in 2026 after joining the staff before the 2025 season.
Before arriving at Northeastern, Carchio served as interim head coach at Roger Williams University, where she led the Hawks to a 9-5-6 record and coached three all-conference selections. She also spent four years playing professionally in Europe, with clubs in France, Denmark, Iceland, Lithuania, and Ireland, and she holds a UEFA B Coaching license.
