Aaron Hastings serves as Assistant Volleyball Coach for Middle Tennessee State University's Volleyball program in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He joined the Blue Raiders in March 2025 and helped support one of the best defensive seasons in program history, as Middle Tennessee finished with 14.25 digs per set while Raegan Durbin earned Conference USA All-Freshman recognition and Caroline Macander posted 16 double-doubles.
Hastings previously spent three seasons at Belmont, where he was part of a staff that helped the Bruins reach the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, secure their first postseason win since 2015, and record their first power-conference victory since 2014. He also worked closely with Belmont's passers and defensive specialists, including libero Rachel McBride during a 451-dig season.
