Aaron Gordon is an assistant coach for the University at Buffalo women's volleyball program in Buffalo, New York, and is set to enter his third season on the staff in 2025. He joined Buffalo on March 27, 2023, after previous coaching experience at VCU, where he served as an assistant coach from 2021 to 2022 following one season as a graduate assistant.
At Buffalo, Gordon has been part of teams that reached the MAC Tournament in each of his first two seasons. In 2024, the Bulls finished 16-16 overall and 12-6 in conference play, with Katrin Trebichavska, Abby Leigh, and Mandy Leigh earning All-MAC recognition. In his first season, Buffalo went 23-9 overall and 13-5 in the MAC, climbed as high as No. 54 in the NCAA RPI, won the program's first MAC East Division title, earned the No. 2 seed in the conference tournament, and advanced to the NIVC. That season also produced a program-record five All-MAC selections.
