Aaron Diamond is in his first season as an assistant coach for Boston College women's tennis in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He joined BC after two seasons at Middlebury, where he was part of a staff that led the program to its first NESCAC championship in 2025 and an NCAA quarterfinal appearance. Middlebury players under his watch earned multiple major honors, including NESCAC Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year recognition, along with ITA All-America and Academic All-America honors.
Before Middlebury, Diamond worked as an assistant coach for the men's and women's teams at Southern New Hampshire in 2022-23, when both programs won NE10 tournament titles. He also was a tennis professional at Longfellow Tennis Club. Diamond earned a business administration degree from Stonehill in 2020, where he was a four-year starter, team captain, all-conference selection, and finished with 44 singles wins.
