I’m the youngest of four siblings, all of whom are athletes, but I am one of two who played in college. I have played rugby over the past 4 years and was introduced to it by a close friend. Before and during my time playing rugby, I have played a wide range of sports, most prominently volleyball. But rugby is where I found my home, it’s where I became the athlete I am today. One of the biggest things I have learned in my athletic career is that it’s not only about physical ability, but more importantly, mental, because the mind controls the body. If you're not good up there, you won't be good on the field or in any aspect of life. I am a big advocate for mental fitness, as well as mental health. I aim to share my experiences of life, struggles, and hardship. So that I can help not just the athletic community but everyone as a whole.
