Stacey Simpson serves as the Director of Physical Wellness at ISNation, bringing over 25 years
experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Fitness. Drawing on her dynamic background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and flying trapeze, Stacey is passionate about helping athletes reach their fullest potential. She is also a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (CSNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Specializing in injury prevention, Stacey leverages her experience in both orthopedic and pediatric settings to educate athletes on safe sports practices. She aims to implement a baseline screening program for athletes to identify potential deficits and assists with return-to-sport clearance.
At ISNation, Stacey’s mission is to create a comprehensive hub where athletes, coaches, and parents can access sport-specific training guidelines, wellness strategies, and injury guidance.
Her programs emphasize proper mechanics, injury prevention, and effective recovery
techniques. Stacey envisions a sports community that prioritizes long-term wellness in addition to optimal performance—empowering athletes to enjoy sustainable, injury-free careers.
