Ron Sandstrom is an accomplished technology executive with over two decades of experience in software development and IT leadership. As the Chief Technology Officer at MiriSystems, LLC, since 2007, Ron has been instrumental in the delivery of Secure-ID and Virtual Credit Card systems, driving innovation through patented solutions and high-performance web services. In addition to his work at MiriSystems, he is the Co-Founder and President of RLSand Inc., a technology consulting firm that specializes in custom software development and IT consulting.
Ron’s career includes leadership roles at various prominent companies, including Vice President positions at myteam.com, Aspect Communications, Voicetek, and Pilot Software. His work at Lotus Development, where he led the development of the widely-used Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet product, established him as a pioneer in software engineering.
Beyond his technical contributions, Ron is a dedicated mentor and community leader. He has served as a mentor for the Kennett High School Robotics team, leading them to multiple championships, and has been actively involved in educational and economic initiatives in his community. A passionate sailor, Ron was also a member of the US Sailing Team and represented the country in the Olympic Star Class. Now, Ron brings his extensive expertise in technology and leadership, as well as his own sports experience, to ISNation. He oversees the development and implementation of innovative solutions to support the platform’s mission of connecting athletes, coaches, and parents to build greatness beyond the game.
